Thank you for your interest in becoming a potential vendor to Reed Smith.  Completing this form is your opportunity to tell us about you, your company or organization (referred to in this form as “potential vendor” or “you”).

Enrollment does not guarantee you will 1) receive an invitation to bid, 2) present your products and/or services, 3) that we will contact you or 4) that you will receive a contract from Reed Smith.  Enrollment also does not create any contractual or other obligations between you and Reed Smith.

The information you provide will be used only for vendor selection.  We will retain this information within Reed Smith but we may share it with third parties we engage to assist us with purchasing decisions.
