A Reed Smith Women’s Initiative and WeAreTheCity Report
Reed Smith and WeAreTheCity invite you to take part in a study of the behavioural characteristics, personality traits and journeys of ascension of female leaders in the City of London.
This survey is open to women working in the City of London with a job title equivalent to director, partner, head of department, or a C-level position.
The purpose of this report is to serve as a guide to women embarking on careers in the City on how to achieve success. Through understanding the characteristics, and journeys of those who have trodden the path before, women will be able to: identify key skills instrumental to career advancement; learn how to navigate career breaks; discover the types of characteristics and personality traits that female leaders consciously portray in the workplace; learn their hours and working patterns; and lastly learn what success looks like for today’s leaders.
Please note all responses are confidential and will be published in aggregate only. We will be inviting those who wish to speak on-the-record to take part in telephone or in-person interviews to impart advice and top tips.
